The Business of…An Older Workforce, we talk about the value of an older workforce with my guest Steve Shefveland. Steve is the founder and CEO of Ashesi Global Services, Incorporated, and Tree Rings LLC, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a sales and marketing veteran, with more than 20 years of experience. Tree Rings, which he founded in 2009. Tree Rings employs boomers and seniors in call centers near retirement communities where they provide customer care, sales and technical support services for companies selling to the aging adult population.
